John Carroll

John grew up in Cork, Ireland, a city similar in size to Brno with 2 brothers and 3 sisters. He studied foreign languages but he was keen on doing more so he became a tour guide for his beloved home for visitors. He has been in Prague since 2018 and will happily engage you in conversation in Czech or English (you can also try French, Italian, Portuguese or Irish). He’d play any sport but prefers ‘Hurling’ at the moment, an Irish sport that’s typically played only in Ireland but Prague has a team too. He can be a little competitive but still plays with a smile on his face and loves a good joke. His weakness is chocolate and adores a good coffee and if he’s not inside sleeping, then he’s out traveling or socializing with friends.
